本論文試將老莊哲學的討論方式歸納成為一種模式，為便利稱此模式為有無模式；本文進一步用此歸納所得的模式，了解類人的認知方式，引伸出人認知的一種基本模式，這個模式與有無模式類似；將此模式與現有系統概念對應，經由認知模式內涵的解釋，使得時下系統概念在應用上的困惑(如環境、系統之難以確認)，在概念上得到相當圓滿的解決。

In the paper, the main elements and their relationship of Lao-Chung Philosophy are briefly discussed, and basic conceptual framework of Lao-Chung Philosophy is concluded. Follow the structure of the framework concluded, an analytic model for the description of a situation or concept is proposed, it has been discussed in the paper, that the proposed model can be used as a necessary intermedium, when the system model be employed to describe a complicate situation or concept.
