題名:合理情緒治療團體對社工人員合理情緒、焦慮及現代化之影響

認知、行為折衷的心理諮商方式,已成為諮商心理學中之主流。其中,針對思考的不合理性 (主觀、獨斷、完美、成見),特別加以處理的合理情緒治療(RET),更對傳統與現代激盪下的中國國民性性格,具有特殊功效之可能和研究之意義。本研究之目的,便在探討此一假設;並比較不同RET處理之功效;最後,並探討RET、焦慮與現代化三概念間之關係。 (兩組) 配對前後測設計。參與實驗之對象,共計22位。研究採準實驗設計中的 (社會工作有關人員〉分別依次接受實驗、控制 (處理一) 及RET加庭作業、RET、讀書治療和控制組 (處理二) 的兩種實驗處理。並實施前測、後測、追蹤測三次測量。測驗工具為合理情緒量表、特質─情境焦慮量表及現代化量表。經t-test及ANCOVA之分析考驗發現:RET團體 (八次,每週一次三小時,共24小時) 的確有助於實驗組RET分數之增加 (達顯著性) 和焦慮之減低 (未達顯著性) 。RET的各種設計中,以RET加家庭作業的效果最佳。最後,RET之分數與焦慮分數有中度的負相關,焦慮與現代化有中度的正相關,RET與現代化亦有低的正相關。
