題名：生計班級輔導和生計團體諮商的長期性輔導效果之追蹤比較研究

本研究的目的在比較生計班級輔導和生計團體諮商對生計確定程度、生計決定滿意度、生計決策行為、生計發展取向和職業自我概念的長期性影響效果，並探討性別、內外控信念對此等效果的中介影響。實驗樣本以教育學院大一學生五十五名為對象進行追蹤。所得主要發現為：第一，在生計決定滿意度方面，兩種生計輔導的長期性效果有顯著的差異，此種差異亦因性別、內外控信念之不同而有別。就外控女生而言，生計團體諮商的效果優於生計班級輔導；就生計團體諮商而言，以女生的效果優於男生，而在女生中又以外控者的效果較佳。至於在生計確定程度方面，兩種生計輔導的效果，沒有顯著之差異，亦不受性別、內外控信念的影響；第二，在生計決策行為方面，生計班級輔導和生計團體諮商的效果有顯著的差異，但此差異不受性別、內外控信念的影響。概括而言，以生計班級輔導的長期性效果優於生計團體諮商。第三，在生計發展取向方面，兩種輔導方式的效果亦有顯著之差異，此種差異亦因性別、內外控信念之不同而有別。一般而言，生計班級輔導的效果，以女生優於男生，至於生計團體諮商效果，則無性別差異。在外控學生方面以外控女生優於外控男生，而內控學生則無此等差異；第四，在職業自我概念方面，生計班級輔導和生計團體諮商的長期性效果，並無顯著差異，亦不受性別和內外控信念的影響。基於此種發現，本研究提出三項建議以供生計輔導和未來研究之參考。
To test the effectiveness of the career guidance programs, a pretest-follow-up test control group design with the factors of locus of control and treatment levels was used. Results from a 2x2x2 covariance analysis based on 55 Ss indicated that there were differential effects of matching treatment approaches and locus of control in group career interventions. Results are discussed in terms of their implications for career guidance in educational settings.
