題名：新生大學生活困擾之調查研究

本研究以自編之「新生心聲調查問卷」為工具，在新生訓練時對彰化師範大學七十九學年度全體新生進行問卷調查，以了解新生的困擾與需求，作為擬訂新生定向輔導之依據。結果發現：1.彰化師大新生對「資源利用」及「學習適應」兩項困擾較高，而在「生涯目標」困擾及「獨立」困擾上較低。2.在不同背景變項新生的困擾比較方面，除男女生在「新環境適應」困擾上有差異外，其餘各項比較均無顯著的不同，顯示新生的困擾有其共通性，可安排整體的措施，幫助所有的新生適應大學的生活。依據研究結果，本研究對新生定向輔導及未來研究提出若干建議。
Although freshmen needs and concerns have been the interests of counselors, college student personnel workers and researchers, little attention has been paid to the concerns and issues of freshmen at their entering. An effective oriented program should reflect the immediate needs and concerns of freshmen at the time when their just enter the university. 46 items relevant to personal-academic domains of college life were rated by 427 freshmen on a 5-point scale to determine their concerns and issues at their entering. Resource concerns and academic issues were rated highest on their scores, while career and vocational goals and independence issues were rated lowest. Except sex difference, freshmen varying in majors, paths of entrance examination were found no significant deference in their perceived concerns and issues about their college life. The priority to give academic advising and resource information providing to freshmen oriented program is suggested.
