　　　　　本文應用包絡曲線定理探討運輸費率對於等量曲線形狀的影響。本文更進一步的應用數學和幾何圖形討論廠商規模增減如何影響生產擴張曲線的斜率和廠商的最佳區位之間的關係。
　　　　　This paper uses the envelope theory of plane curves to examine the effect of transport rate structure on the shape of the iso-outlaycurve . It also shows mathematically as well as diagramaticallyan important relationship between the slope of the firm's expansionpath and the direction of a change in firm size.
