以二個試驗進行探討不同日糧纖維含量與不同日糧纖維來源對生長鵝血漿中 金屬離子濃度之影響。試驗一、選取滿二週齡白羅曼鵝,逄機區分為四個處理組, 每個處理組20隻(公母各半),並重複乙次,分別餵飼含3、6、9和12%等不 同纖維含量,等蛋白(粗蛋白質:20%)、同代謝能(代謝能2900kcal/kg)之試 驗飼料。試驗二、選取滿二週齡體重相近之白羅曼雛雌鵝80隻,逄機區分成二個 處理組,每個處理組20隻,並重複乙次,分別給飼苜蓿粉及大麥麩糠為主要日糧 纖維來源之試驗飼料(蛋白質:20%,代謝能: 2900Kcal/kg,粗纖維:6%), 試驗一及試驗二之飼料與水均採任食,試驗期為四週。 試驗結果顯示,鵝血漿鐵離子之濃度以餵含9%日糧纖維處理組顯著的 (p<0.05)低於餵含3%日糧纖維處理組。血漿鋅離子之濃度(Y)隨日糧纖含量(X) 之增加,先顯著(p<0.05)之遞增,而後再顯著的(p<0.05)之降低,其二次迴歸 Y=-13.51+31.39X-5.06x�插]r=0.6542,p<0.01)。血漿鋅與鐵之含量具有顯著的負 相關(r=-0.3959,p<0.05)。血漿鈣及血漿鎂濃度則各處理組間,無顯著的 (p>0.05)差異。在試驗二,生長鵝餵飼含苜蓿粉之飼料,其血漿鐵與鎂離子濃度 比餵含大麥麩糠之飼料組者有較高之趨勢,血漿鈣及血漿鋅之濃度,兩個處理組 之間,並無顯著的(p>0.05)差異。

Two trial had been carried out to study the effects of dietary fiber level and dietary source on plasma mineral ion concentration of goslings. In experiment 1, three-week-old White Roman goslings were selected and divided at random into four experimental groups. Each group had twenty goslings (male and female were equal), and replicated once. Each group of goslings was fed one of four isocaloric (ME:2900 kcal/kg). isonitrogenous (CP:20 % ) experiment diets containing 3, 6, 9, and 12 % dietary fiber, respectively. In exp.2, eighty 3 weeks old White Roman female goslings with similar body weight were selected and divided at random into two experimental group. Each experimental group had two replicates and was fed either two exper- imental dietary fiber source containing alfalfa meal or barly bran (CP: 20 %, ME:2900 Kcal/kg,CF:6 % ). In experiment 1 and 2, the fecd and water were ad libitum. The results of experiment 1 indicated that plasma iron ion concentration of goslings fed diet containing 9 % dietary fiber was significantly ( p<0.05 ) larger than that of goslings fed diet containing 3 % dietary fiber. Plasma zinc ion concentration ( Y ) of gosling singnicantly (p<0.05) increase and then decrease flunctuated with dietary fiber level (X) . The quadratic regression equation is Y=-13.51+31.39X-5.06x �插] r=0.6542, p<0.01 ) A statistically significant negative correla- tion ( r=-0.3959,p<0.05 ) between plasma zinc and iron ion concentration of goslings. There were no significantly difference ( p>0.05 ) in plasma calcium and magnesium ion concentration among treatment. In experiment 2, it has a tendency that the plasma iron and magnesium ion concen- tration of goslings fed alfalfa meal diet were higher than those of goslings fed barley bran diet. There were no signicantly difference ( p>0.05 ) in plasma calcium and zinc ion concentation be- tween two groups.
