　　　　　從一九七○年代末期以來，由於馬克思主義發生危機，一群學院派的馬克思主義者，試圖以現代的哲學分析、社會科學的模型及方法，來重建馬克思主義。這群學者包括G. A. Cohen, J. Elster, J. Roemer 等人，被稱為「理性選擇的馬克思主義」或「分析性的馬克思主義」。本文旨在對於Joh Elster 運用理性選擇及對局理論(game theory)來分析馬克思主義的問題作一個批判性的討論。第一段討論馬克思主義的危機；第二段討論分析性的馬克思主義，第三段討論理性選擇理論與對局理論；第四段討論Elster 的馬克思主義；第五段分析及綜合討論；第六段批評。

　　　　　In 1970's a group of Marx scholars from Europe and America meet regularly to dicuss Marxian questions. In response to recent crisis in Marxism they try to apply modern philosophical analysis, the methods (expecially, qualitative methods) and models of modern social sciences to traditional Marxian questions e.g., class and class struggle, exploitation, questions, e.g., class and lcass struggle, exploitation, historical materialism. Some of them (J. Elster and J. Roemer, for example) find rational-choice theory and game theory useful to analyze class struggle in capitalist societies. In doing so the teleology of traditional Marxism could be removed. The aim of this paper is to examine Elster's work on Marxism. Elster rejects Cohen's functional interpretation and expounds the applicatioin of game theory. Section 1 discusses the crisis in Marxism; Section 2 discuss analytical marxism as a whole; Section describes rational-choice theory and game theory; Section 4 emaines Elster's Marxism; Section 5 devotes to analysis and sythetical discuss; and Section 6 offers a critiques.
