題名:新制師院生教學態度及其相關因素之研究

     本研究旨在瞭解新制師院生的教學態度,並探討年級、性別、入學動機、 任教意願、就讀科系、和對學校滿意度等六項因素與教師態度的關係。採陳英 豪、吳裕益、李坤崇(民78)修訂的「教師態度量表」為工具,隨機抽取新制師院 生1,786名為樣本進行旅測,結果發現: 一、新制師院生的教學態度均顯著高於民國七十九年國中、國小教師的教學態 度,第一屆新制師院生四年級時的教學態度顯著高於一年級時的教學態度,以及 第四屆新制師院生一年級時的教學態度高於第一屆新制師院生一年級時的教學 態度。 二、不同年級新制師院生的教學態度並無顯著差異,新制師院女生的教學態度顯 著優於男生。 三、畢業後任教國小意願愈強的新制師院生,其教學態度愈佳;而且入學動機「非 常願意」學生的教學態度顯著高於「不願意」的學生的教學態度。 四、新制師院生的入學動機、任教意願均甚強。 五、新制師院生八個科系學生的教學態度無顯著差異。 六、新制師院生對自己就讀學校表示「滿意」、「不滿意」者的教學態度顯著優 於對自己就讀學校「非常不滿意者」 但新制師院生「不滿意」、「非常不滿意」 自己就讀師範院校者佔54.8。 七、性別、任教意願可預測教學態度總變異量的3.19。 根據研究發現,提出下列七項建議,供教育與輔導、與未來研究之參考: 一、繼續提昇新制師院的師資素資、學校設備、與學術風氣。 二、分析新制師院男生教學態度較差的原因,並予適切輔導。 三、考慮師院生入學考試加考性向測驗,以招收更合適任教國小的學生。 四、再深入研究影響新制師院生教學態度的其他有關因素。 五、繼續分析新制師院生、師範大學學生、國中教師、和國小教師的教學態度以 深入比較其差異。
     The purposes of this study were to analyze the teache attitude of teachercollege students and to explore the relationship of grade, sex, entrance collegewillingness, teaching aspiration department and school satisfaction with teacherattitude. The Minnesota Teacher Attitude Inventory was administered 1,786teacher college students. The major findings of this sludy were as follows: 1. Teacher college students in 1991 had significantly better teacher attitudethan junior high and elementary school teachers in 1990. 2. Girls had significantly better teacher attitude than boys. 3. Grade and department variables were found not significant difference onteacher attitude of teacher college students. 4. Teaching aspiration and entrance college willingness positively correlatedwith teacher attituee. 5. Sex and teaching aspiration could account for and predit the 3.19variance of teacher attitude. According to the above - mentioned findings, five recommendations weresuggested.
