本研究旨在探討諮商督導中所涉及之相關倫理問題。本文採文獻分析方式，依次以壹、前言；貳、督導倫理的涵義與重要性；參、督導倫理上的重要問題；肆、增進督導倫理的因應策略及伍、結語等五章對此一問題加以探究。第壹章前言，旨在說明問題背景及筆者之研究動機與目的。第貳章督導倫理的涵義與重要性，旨在對「督導」、「倫理」及「督導倫理」各詞之涵義加以探討，並對督導倫理的重要性加以分析。第參章督導倫理上的重要問題，主要是以一、與督導員資格能力有關的倫理問題，二、與督導關係有關的倫理問題，三、與督導者之連帶責任有關之倫理問題等三方面加以探討。第肆章增進督導倫理的因應策略，主要從一、專業倫理守則之訂定，二、專業訓練之加強，三、專業團體、機構及個人因應之道等三方面加以闡明。第伍章結語，主要在總結本文，並依國內現況從一、專業督導倫理守則之訂定，二、專業督導訓練課程之規劃，三、專業學會倫理委員會之運作，四、證照標準及專責組織之確立及五、各實務機構臨床及行政督導制度之建立等五方面，提出進一步研究探討及採取具體行動之建議。

The purpose of this study is to discuss the ethical issues in counseling supervision. Literature review was analyzed to explore these issues in five chapters. In Chapter one, preface, the background of the problem and purpose of this study are clarified. In Chapter two, the researcher discusses the meaning and importance of supervision ethics. The meanings of "supervision", "ethics" and "supervision ethics" are probed and the importance of supervision ethics is analyzed. In Chapter three, the important issues in supervision ethics are presented in three parts. First, the ethical issues related to supervisors' qualification and competency. Second, the ethical issues related to supervisory relationship. Third, the ethical issues related to vicarious liability of supervisor. In Chapter four, the researcher examines the adaptive strategies for improving the supervision ethics in three parts. First, the specification of professional ethical code. Second, the strengthening of professional training. Third, the respective strategies suitable for professional associations, institutes and individvals. In Chapter five, conclusion suggestions for future studies and actions were proposed as follows: 1. the specification of professional ethical code of supervision 2.the development of professional training programs of supervision. 3. the operation of professional association and ethics committee. 4. the regulation of certification standards and the authority concerned. 5. the establishment of clinical and administrative supervision systems of practicing agencies.
