介紹"無限項"比較方法──連鎖比例法的內涵特性、步驟、推論及優點，並舉例說明其在海外共同基金研究調查上有別於其他方法的應用。

This paper introduced the characteristics, procedure and infer-ence of "unrestricted comparison method"-- chain ratio method. Example of the application of this method in analysing oversea mu-tual fund decision was illustrated. Several advantages of this method to other methods were discussed.
