　　　　　本研究的主要目的有三:首先分析目前高中學生的性教育需求現況;其次 是比較高中學生不同背景變項在性教育需求的差異情形;最後根據研究結果，提 出具體建議供教育當局參考。 為了達到上述之目的，本研究抽取高雄市公、私立高中1196位學生;這些學生接 受性教育需求問卷之調查，並將所得資料進行t考驗、單因子變異數分析等統計 方法。 研究結果發現: 1.高中學生的性教育需求程度中上。 2.高中男、女生的性教育需求差異不明顯。 3.公、私立高中學生的性教育需求差異不明顯。 4.二年級學生的性教育需求高於一年級學生。 5.不同父母社經地位之高中學生的性教育需求差不多。 本研究最後並提出研究建議，以及進一步研究之參考。
　　　　　The purpose of this study was to investigate the needs of sexeducation for students of senior high schools. The subjects of thisstudy were one thousand and one hundred ninety-six senior highstudents drawn from the Kaohsiung city. Data were collected from theresponses of subjects on the Questionnaire on the Needs of SexEducation. Basic statistics, t-test, ANOVA were employed to analyzethe data collected. Major findings were drawn as folowing:1. The degree of senior high students' sex education needs was higher than the median.2. The difference between male and female senior high students' sex education needs was not significant.3. The difference between public and private senior high students' sex education needs was not significant.4. The second grade senior high students' sex education needs was higher than the first grade senior high students'.5. The difference of sex education needs among students from various levels of SES was not significant.
