  在現代企業經營環境中危機事件頻仍,危機傳播快速的挑戰下,企業如何因應?而應有何正確的理念呢?庫克倫(Kuklan,1986)指出:有效的危機管理仰賴於決策者對危機的知覺和態度;在危機事境下,決策者扮演一個拯重要的角色。有鑑於此,本研究擬以企業高階主管危機意識為個人屬性及企業特性為研究核心,嘗試了解其與企業危機本質、企業危險類型、企業危機準備應變能力和企業環境不確定性認知等四構面間之關係;並欲對我國企業危機管理的現況做一了解。   本研究的進行是以結構性的問卷為調查工具,選擇396家企業為研究對象。結果得到以下幾點具體結論: (一)、企業危機本質方面:高階主管之年齡,服務年資之不同,對危機本質之認知程度並無顯著差異在。 (二)、企業危機類型方面:食品業對恐嚇勒索事件有較高的預警訊號;而石化業對社區關係惡化有較高的預警訊號。 (三)、企業危機準備方面:員工人數、處理危機經驗和危機準備的差異分析中,有顯著性差異存在。 (四)、企業環境不確定方面:人口及消費趨勢、勞務供應來源、國內外技術發展等三項環境策略不確定的認知上,不同的產業有顯著上的差異。 (五)、企業危機管理現況:企業具有危機管理手冊或危機應變政策者僅佔26.6%; 65.5%的企業立直無常設性專責單位,而以臨時性專案方式來籌組應變小組;國內企業具發言計劃者佔44.6%;大約有71.9%的企業曾有處理危機的經驗。
  In this paper, we explore through the status-quo of up-to-date crisis management in Taiwans' business world, and commumty study the perception of high-level managers on crisis management, as well as their potential/actual responsive modes on it, thus the development of amore ideal and effective mode for crisis mangtement in the future therefore would be foreseeable. We show that the challenge can be met by performing accurate crisis­management applications.
