SLE is a chronic, long-term disease of auto-immunity. Patients suffer hardly from different kinds of damages, that influence their psychological and social adaptation. Bad-regularity results in many psychological and social problems, such as isolation from society, anxious, helplessness, low-selfesteem, and depression. This study discusses the importance of psychological consultation, how nurses and their patients start in the therapy, preparation of surroundings, and some popular consulting skills. Some examples in the study are also helpful to the patient to adapt their disease, which cause physical and mental impact on the patients.
