使用者的抗拒是資訊系統失敗最主要的原因，而影響使用者抗拒系統的因子很 多，眾說紛云，我國目前尚無對此重要課題做一實證研究來分析探討。本研究的目的即是要 透過問卷的實際調查來深入分析，我國的使用者是受了那些因素的影響而產生抗拒的行為。 本研究發現了「系統績效未達預期理想」、「資訊部門的服務態度」、「對系統的需求程度」等 八個最重要的影響因素，並發現使用者的年紀、學歷、職位對某些抗拒因子有顯著差異性的 影響。最後以因素分析的方式彙整抗拒因子成為「工作滿足感的改變」、「對系統的需求與預 期」、「權力與控制力的改變」、「工作內官與溝通管道的改變」、「工作的被取代與收編」、「使 用者的支援與尊重」等六個形成使用者抗拒的主要構面，以為後續研究的理論依據。

　　　　　Beomg recognized as one of the most important causes for the failure of information system. The user resistance factors have become the key issues on MIS research field. This paper not only reviews the previous literatures, searchs for predominant resistant factors, but also analyzes the relationships between user's characteristics (i.e. age, education level, job position) and the resestance factors. Ninty five end user opinions are collected and analyzed. Among them eight major resistance factors are explored. By using factor analysis technique, six predominant dimensions of the user resistance are formed, which are: "Change of Job Satisfaction", "Expectation & Requirement for the Information Systems", "Change of Power & Autonomy" and "User Assistance & Esteem". At last some conceivable implications of the finding are also proposed.
