高壓氧療法（Hyerbaric Oxygen Therapy），是一種內科治療方式，利用組繚高氧合和高壓狀態而達到進血管新生、織維肉芽組織生長、膠原合成、進多形核白血球作用、血管收縮使局部組織灌流減少以減輕水腫、降低氣體容積，可用來治療潛水夫病、一氧化碳及氰銨中毒。本文將簡介高壓氧療法在整形外科的應用，特別是傷品癒合不良，文中討論其應用原理、治療方式、護士角色與護理措施。

　　　　　Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (H.B.O.) is a medical treatment. It provides high oxygenation and pressure to tissue. The intermittent hyperoxia promotes neovascularization, osteogenesis,normal fibroblast sactivity, collagen synthesis, and increase leuckocyte phagocytosis. Also decrease loacal tissue perfusion to cause vasoconstriction and noxious gas volumes which is important to treat decomparession sickness, monoxide poisoning and cyanide poisioning. The purpose of this article is to provide information on H.B.O. in plastic surgery, especially in the wound healing mechanism, treatment, the nursing role, and nursing intervention.
