本研究旨在探討個別諮商過程中涉及的主要倫理問題。本文採文獻分析方式，依次以壹、前言─諮商過程中的倫理考慮；貳、個別諮商過程中涉及的倫理問題；參、結語─做個倫理的諮商員，等三章對此一問題加以探究。 第壹章：前言，旨在說明問題背景及筆者之研究動機與目的。 第貳章：個別諮商過程中涉及的倫理問題，依諮商過程進行中可能遭遇之先後次序探討一、知後同意的倫理問題；二、保密、隱私權與溝通特權的倫理問題；三、預警責任與舉發的倫理問題；四、雙重關係的倫理問題；五、運用諮商技術的倫理問題；六、轉介或結束的倫理問題。 第參章：結語，旨在針對全文內容加以統整，並從一、公共政策方面；二、專業學會方面；三、諮商員教育機構方面；四、諮商員實務機構方面及五、諮商員個人方面，等各層面提出可行的建議及努力的方向。
The purpose of this study is to discuss the ethical issues in individual counseling. Literature review was analyzed to explore these issues in three chapters. In chapter one, preface, the background of the problem and purpose of this study are clarified. In chapter two, the ethical issues in individual counseling are analyzed by the order that may be encountered in counseling process by the sequence of time, as follows: 1. the issue of informed consent 2. confidentiality 、privacy and privileged communication 3. the duty to warn and reporting 4. the ethical problem of dual relationship 5. the ethical issues of using techniques 6. the ethical issues of referral and termination In chapter three, conclussion suggestions for actions were proposed on five dimension: public policy、professional association 、counseling education institute 、counseling practice institute and professional counselor.
