Recently, the development and management of leisure-resort centers has received increasing attention, and the mode of traveling has gradually changed into more refined and in-depth spot traveling under the primary demand of the general public for high-quality recreation. This paper would attempt to find out the key success factors for management of leisure-resort center. Initially, the study would examine the management and operation of domestic leisure-resort centers industry, then questionnaires and interviews are employed to obtain those highly-regarded factors and satisfaction level in regard to the management of leisure-resort centers by operators. In the end, multivariate analysis method is utilized to extract key success factors for management of leisure-report center industry and find out different modes of operators. Elements which are found: marketing, manpower resource, price, and financial control. And the major types of domestic leisure-resort centers can be classified into three types: fashionable, membership, and traditional mode.
