     本文旨在針對過去有關蔬菜產銷之各相關經濟研究, 依生產、運銷、消費及政策 制度四方面分別進行回顧,以瞭解臺灣蔬菜經濟的特色,歸納出前人研究所關注的課題及研 究所獲之成果。 在當前經貿環境之急遽變化下,本文及依據過去蔬菜經濟研究之經驗進而提出下列四大重點 課題:(1) 對生產者決策過程之探討,(2) 蔬菜運銷效率之改善,(3) 蔬菜消費偏好之特性 , 及 (4) 農產貿易自由化對蔬菜產業之衝擊,以供作未來蔬菜經濟問題研究之參考方向。 此外,加強蔬菜供需面基本資料收集的一致性與連續性,以及促進資訊系統化及充實未來研 究蔬菜經濟問題之必備條件。
