Leader-follower relationship is one of the interpersonal behavior in the organigation. To keep a happy, comfortable.honest, flexible and human manager subordinate relationship is necessary to acheive organigational objectives. This paper tries to study leader-follower relationship by a psychological model-personality grid system. It is composed of vertical axis and horizontal axis. Thevertical axis deals with the leader and follower oriented traits. The horizontal axisdeals with the traits of hostility and friendiness. The personality grid system includes four behavior patterns. That is dictator, bureaucract, socialite, and executive. Each of the behavior patterns reflects aspecific set of emotional needs. Manager is easy to know how to deal with subordinates by understanding their personality traits. The leader-follower relationship style includes complementary style, symmetrical style and parallel style. In practice, we hope to develop a healthy, natural, open, trustful, and cooperative relationship style.
