     領導者一追隨者上下關係為組織中人際行為中的一環,維持管理者與部屬上下間快樂的、愉快的、坦誠的、有彈性的、以及通人情的關係是速成組織目標的要件。本文脅試以心理模式一人格矩陣系統來分析領導者追隨者間的關係,該系統以領導者,追隨者特質為縱軸,和以討論敵對,有善的特質為橫軸所構成四種行為模式,包括獨裁型、官僚型、社交型以及決策型。每一權行為模式反映一套特殊的情感需求,管理者經由瞭解部屬的人格特質很容易地如通如何與他們交往。上下交往關係的類型包括互補型、對稱型和平行型。實務上,我們希望管理者與部屬上下之間能發展一種健康的、自然的、開放的、信任的和合作的交往關係類型。
     Leader-follower relationship is one of the interpersonal behavior in the organigation. To keep a happy, comfortable.honest, flexible and human manager subordinate relationship is necessary to acheive organigational objectives. This paper tries to study leader-follower relationship by a psychological model-personality grid system. It is composed of vertical axis and horizontal axis. Thevertical axis deals with the leader and follower oriented traits. The horizontal axisdeals with the traits of hostility and friendiness. The personality grid system includes four behavior patterns. That is dictator, bureaucract, socialite, and executive. Each of the behavior patterns reflects aspecific set of emotional needs. Manager is easy to know how to deal with subordinates by understanding their personality traits. The leader-follower relationship style includes complementary style, symmetrical style and parallel style. In practice, we hope to develop a healthy, natural, open, trustful, and cooperative relationship style.
