有關性治療的領域，在國內仍處剛播種萌芽的階段。回顧文獻中，除偏 重器質性病例的探討外，僅有少教病人族群的統計與分析資料，少有完整的個案 報告。本文即是提出高雄長庚醫院精神科「性心理衛生特別門診」一位55歲個案， 碩士學歷，結婚七年，婚後因陰莖無法正常勃起，導致性生活不協調且不能經由 性交、射精而自然懷孕，經診斷為「心因型陽萎」後，與案妻(43歲，大學學歷) 一起接受改良自馬斯特與瓊生 (Masters&Johnson)所創 「配對性治療」而成功的 案例。

　　　　　This case report demonstrates how dual sex therapy, which is based on Masters andJohnson's original format, was applied to a couple suffering from husband's chronicpsychogenic impotence, and why it was successful. The patient is a 55-year-old, masterof science, former government employee yet currently unemployed man, who was married 7 years ago and had his wife(aged 43)gave birth to a daughter with the help of artificial insemination 3 yesrs ago. This case gives a good example for those who are concerned about the accommodation of western sex therapy in Chinese culture in Taiwan.
