策略資料系統在許多個案中已成功地被企業利用為擷取競爭優勢的利器。然而 一個適用的策略資訊系統其組成子系統及子系統間交互作用的關係及條件，鮮見學理性之探 討。本研究之目的即在於解析一個策略資訊系統應包含之基本組成因素，及其相互間應有 之關係及條件。

　　　　　The integration of the internal and external resource to achieve the competitive advantage becomes more and more important duc to the strong competition and dynamic change of the business environment. It is recognized that information is a major key of the integration. Some researchers developed the strategic information system (SIS) to deal with the integration of internal and external information. However, there is no unique method to construct the SIS. This research is focused on developing a reference model to guide the construction of the SIS.
