     本文分析了職工分配公平感的意義與在中國大陸的特殊重要性,以及對 其研究的複雜性。在回顧了Deutsch所提出的三種基本公平規範的論述後,推薦了 一種能綜合應用於三類情況中的通式。本文還詳述了馬克思主義的公平觀,澄清 了幾種常見的有關誤解;此外,對中國大陸職工強烈的平均主義取向的根源作了 分析,並探討了中國大陸職工在其分配公平感中的若干特殊認識。而在本文後半 段則介紹了作者所做的一項有關公乎規範選擇的實驗研究,及兩項涉及大陸職工 在多種公平規範的採用中之偏愛順序與不同獎酬類型間關係的實證性研究,對它 們的發現進行了綜合性的分析與討論。
