組織中所進行之技術移轉或企業轉型，最終之目的乃在於增加產品或服 務的價值與競爭力。在此資訊技術正以各種方式改變產品或服務的面貌時，運用 資訊技術正可以保持或提升自己的競爭優勢。本研究透過一般化之技術移轉模式 以及各文獻中之個案，綜合說明資訊技術在技術移轉中之角色乃在於提供組織掃 描、校正、溝通、重造工程、後勤、及整合的功能。本質上，技術移轉就在於改 變組織的「操動性」與「調換性」。藉著「操動性」與「調換性」的特質描繪出 技術移轉之一般化模式，並利用「操動性」的變化所帶來的周界改變，將技術移 轉的進行方式分成輸入類型與整合類型兩種。資訊技術可幫助組織改變技術接受 者與提供者之間的交換型態。輸入類型與整合類型的技術移轉在技術移轉前、技 術移轉中、技術移轉後三個階段有不同的活動內容，故資訊技術在這些活動中將 扮演不同的角色。

　　　　　The ultimate purpose of technology transfer or business transformation for an enterprise is to increase the value or competitiveness of its products and/or services. In the era of that the information technology changes the facets of all products and services, effective use of information technology can retain or improve the competitive advantages of an organization. In this paper, we argue that the roles of information technology are to support the scanning, the aligning, the communicating, the reengineering, the logistic, and the integrating functions of an organization in its technology transfer. We propose a general model of technology transfer, and identify the roles of information technology in the operations of this model. Technology transfer per se is the exercises of manipulatability and exchangeability. Through these two characters, we delineate the general model of technology transfer, describe the activities of technology transfer, and divide the programs of technology transfer into two types, i.e. import type and integration type. Information technology can help to reorganize the organization in exchangestyle between the recipient and the supplier. The import type and integration type of technology transfer have different steps in pre-transfer, transfer and commercialization stages, so the information technology has different roles in the sesteps.
