The computer is the most unique product of the twentieth century, it brings incomparable change and convenience, but it also brings relative injuries. The rate of repetitive strain injuries (RSI) in the workplace is rising. People using computers and working at keyboards for long periods of time are particularly at risk. Understanding and preventing these hazards can make the work environment less stressful and more productive, as well as help to avoid needless suffering.
