學生是圖書館一項極具效率及生產力的人力資源，本文首先指出人力資源管理之 義涵，其次說明學生在圖書館業務的應用範圍，最後則指出學生資源的培訓及管理方法。

　　　　　Student employees are one of the most effective and productive uses of library human resource. In this article, the meaning of human resource management is proposed, then the service areas which student employees can be used are discussed, and the need to apply human resource management method to the superrision of student employees is emphasized.
