     低成就學生的輔導是當前國民中小學的難題之一,研究者以為導生制是可供參考的解決策略,特為文介紹之。全文包括下列六個部分:1.導生制的意義、性質與源起;2.導生制的相關文獻;3.導生制的幾種模式暨其比較;4.研究者在高雄市青山國小進行的三個實驗研究的過程與成效之介紹;5.如何實施導生制的原則與方法;6.應用導生制的價值以及學校教師和行政人員的責任。
     One of the difficult problems in primary and secondary school is how to help underachievement students. The purpose of this paper is to introduce cross-age tutoring and peer-group tutoring, the possible strategies to resolve this problem. The content of this paper consists of six parts as follows: 1. The meaning, nature, and source of the tutoring. 2. The relative researches of the tutoring. 3. Some models of the tutoring and comparisions between them. 4. The procedures and effects of three experimental researches in Chin Shan primary school in Kaohsiung R.O.C. 5. The rules and methods about how to administrate the turoring. 6. The values of applying the tutoring and the duties of school faculties.
