題名:美國良師制度對我國實習輔導制度之啟示

落實師資生畢業後之教育實習輔導工作,係我國師資培育多元化後的一個非常重要的工作。然而,此項工作卻是目前我國師資培育實務中較弱的一環。為了改進此一工作,本文作者認為美國的良師輔導制度具有參酌的價值。因此,本文首先介紹美國良師輔導制度的意義、源由、職責、條件、選拔、訓練、工作條件、輔導對象、輔導內容、輔導方式等。其次提出三個實施實例供參酌,這三個實例是:加利褔尼亞州的良師方案、印地安那州的初任教師實習計畫、以及阿拉巴馬大學的臨床師傅教師計畫。最後再以良師輔導制度對我國教育實習的九點啟示做為結語,這九點啟示是:(1) 試行良師制度,提升教師生涯晉升機會;(2) 確實規範實習輔導教師的職責範圍;(3) 明訂選擇輔導教師的標準;(4) 慎選實習輔導教師;(5) 建立訓練實習輔導教師的制度; (6) 給予實習輔導教師良好的工作條件;(7) 審慎決定實習輔導教師的輔導對象;(8) 提供適當的輔導內容;(9) 提供多樣化的輔導方式。
Effectively designning and implementing "the Probationary Teacher Intership Project" is one of the very important tasks of Taiwanese teacher education. In order to accomplish the task, the author suggests that the U. S. mentor teacher programs can serve to illustrate a paradigm. This paper will first examine the U. S. mentor teacher programs in term of the definition, history, roles, requirement, selection, training, working conditions, mentoring process of mentor teachers. Secondly. descriptions of three of the U. S. mentor teacher programs will be provided. And finally, the implications of the U. S. mentor teacher programs for the design and implementation of Probationary Teacher Internship Project in this country will then be considered.
