媽媽教室是產前衛生教育中重要的護理活動之一。採團體教學方式，依循衛生教育之步驟實施，提供孕婦獲得較完整之孕產期及育兒知識和技能，並能實際應用，使孕產過程安全、順利，且減輕缺乏經濟之焦慮和不安。本文針對教學活動實施狀況、教學活動之評價、現況檢討與今後的努力方向，提出詳細介，供護理同仁實施教之參考。

　　　　　Prenatal class in one of the most important nursing activities among prenatal health education. Group teaching and implementation of steps concerning health education provides more complete knowledge and guidance of pregnancy and nursery for pregnant women. Practical usage makes labor safe and smooth. It also relieves anxiety and uncertainty created by inexperience. Introduction of implementation, assessment of teaching activity, and discussion of actual conditions along with future approaches, this article provides health care guidance for nursing colleagues.
