　　　　　本文針對可複記限制連記法之選舉制度下，如何透過配票策略之分析與規劃，使我方在多重限制條件下當選席次最大化，並進而在當選席次最大化之目標下，經由數學規劃法與賽局理論之應用，使配票成本或配票困難度降至最低。本文最後提出若干研究發現作為配票策略運用上之參考。

　　　　　This paper proposes an optimal voting allocation strategy for maximizing elected vacancies given multiple environmental constraints repeatable restricted voting system. To reach this goal, we develop a mathematical programming model to minimize our allocation cost or allocation difficulty. Also, we propose several findings for voting allocation application.
