　　　　　近年來，犯罪理論在詮釋力面臨侷限及行為科學統計技術精進等之激盪下，有走向理論整合（ Theoretical Integration ）之趨向（ Elliott et al.,1985; Pearson and Weiner, 1985 ）。然而，理論整合之策略卻因各理論間基本假設相左、解釋邏輯不一致，代表性變項選擇不易等問題而倍受爭議，亟待釐清。本文撰寫之主要目的即在於對此一新興之犯罪理論建構觀點予以剖析與評判。除對理論整合之意涵、動力、策略、範例及實證檢驗情形予以介紹外，並探討其面臨之各項質疑與挑戰，最後並提出嚐試犯罪理論整合之可行方向，以供關心犯罪理論發展者參考。
