本文個案為中風患者，所使用的家庭健康評估架構為參考Wright及Leahey (1994) 之 Calgary Family Assessment Model (CFAM) 及 Friedman (1986) 的 Family Assessment Model 予以修正，經由家訪進行資料收集， 所呈現之內容包括評估架構、家庭 及個人基本資料、家庭發展階段與任務、環境、家庭結構、家庭功能、家庭因應、家庭之優 點與弱點、個人和家庭之健康需要，最後並針對個人和家庭健康需要提供護理處理。

　　　　　Wright and Leahey's Calgary Fanily Assessment model and Friedman's Family Assessment model were applied to a family assessment in a stroke patient. Data collection is used by home visit. The content of this case study includes the basic in formation on the family. The framework presents the identifying data, development stage and task, environment, structure, function, coping strategy, strength and weak points and health needs of family. Finally, implications of nursing interventions for the specific family of implementation are presented.
