　　　　　心臟移植愈來愈強調整個的過程應該持續到患者手術後的生活；然而這一類患者 出院之後所面臨的問題乃是多層面，護理人員，護理人員唯有在了解這類患者出院後的壓力 源，才能有效地協助因應，以提高其生活滿意度。因此，本文將分析相關文獻與筆者臨床護 理經驗中，心臟移後患者在身體、心理與社會方面的壓力源，藉以提供臨床護理人員之參考 。
