本研究係由公共設施與居住環境之觀點，探討二者對高層集合住宅區位之的影響 關係；並依都市公共設施之規劃，配合高層集合住宅居住者對其居住環境之需求，應用地理 資訊系統 (Geographic Information System; GIS) 之電腦輔助分析功能，進而預測出臺中 市未來適宜開發興建高層集合住宅之理想區位所在。希望藉由本研究之分析過程與結果，提 供政府相關單位擬訂住宅政策，或民間開發業者進行不動產經營管理時之參考依據。

　　　　　The study was based on the view-points ofthe public facilities and living environments to explore their locational relationships to the high-rise housing; and based on the urban public facility planning, along with the demand of the high-rise housing residents, was applied the analytic functions of geographic information system (GIS) to forecast the future feasible developments and proper locations of the high-rise housing in Taichung City. We hope to use the study results to provide relevant government agencies with information for deciding the housing policies or private devlopers in managing the real estate.
