本研究的目的旨在探討高中生日常的閱讀行為，及閱讀的資料類型與取得的管道；
並希望能深入探討影響學生閱讀的各種因素及其對於閱讀功能、意義的看法。本研究係採用
電話訪談法，研究的樣本是由臺北市立建國高級中學二年級學生中，依系統抽樣方式所取得
的 104 學生，共計獲得 79 份有效的訪談。研究的結果除了歸納建國中學生在課業方面的閱
讀特質外，也探討學生在課外的閱讀時，對於圖書、漫畫、雜誌、報紙等四種讀物類型的利
用狀況，以提供圖書館界在面對這個讀者群時，能對他們的閱讀需求與行為特質有更深的認
識，進而提供更適切的服務。

The purpose of this study is to investigate the reading behaviors of se
nior high school strudents in Taipei. Using the telephone-interview with 104 stu
dents which were systematically sampled from the Taipei Municipal Chien Kuo
Senior High School, the study explores the following characteristics of students'
reading behaviors on both at school and after school: (1) attitude toward
reading;(2) preferences on certain subject and styles;(3) reasons and ways of
choosing reading materials;(4) how they obtain and use of monograph (includes
general paperback and textbooks), comics, magazines and newspapers.
