There are some structural factors from industrial and organizational characteristics of the small- and medium-sized enterprises(SMEs), that induces proliferation can be easily found among the SMEs. And proliferation is an important factor of the formulation of the SMEs' network relationships. This study's main purpose is to found the relationship between proliferation and network. This study base on the conceptual framework from literature review, proceed cases study by interview enterprises, and propose hypothesizes by finding. This study founds, if inside and outside environments are advantage to business proliferation, when proliferation drivers appear, business will be proliferate probably. According to divisional and interactive relationships between new and old business, proliferation type can be catalog as "horizontal division--cooperant proliferation", "vertical division--cooperant proliferation", "no division--competitive proliferation" and "no division--no interactive proliferation". Business proliferation will impact on industry's network structure directly or indirectly, and the impact effect depends on the proliferation type.
