     本研究目的在提出新的模糊德菲法,並修正Proctor及Hassard的產品投資組合模 式,然後將二者結合模糊綜合評判法,發展一新的模式 -- 模糊產品投資組合模式。由研究 結果顯示:(1) 模糊德菲法易懂易用,能縮短執行時間,降低成本,並且能充分表達專家的 模糊性意見;(2) 藉由模糊產品投資組合模式的敏感性分析,決策者能更瞭解各策略事業隸 屬度的變化情形,對未來環境變化,能於事前制定因應策略;(3) 模糊產品投資組合模式, 能反應出產品隸屬各策略事業的程度,有助於管理者訂定最佳的經營管理策略。 
     The purpose of this study is to develop a new fuzzy product portfolio model. First, we present a new fuzzy Delphi method and revise the Proctor and Hassard's product portfolio model. Then the newlypresented Delphi method and the revised product portfolio model are combined with the fuzzy synthetic decision method. The results of the study shows: (1)The new fuzzy Delphi method is easy to understand and easy to use. It can reduce the operation time and the operation costs. Besides, it can present the fuzzy opinions of the experts clearly. (2)By sensitivity analysis of the new fuzzy product portfolio model, the decision maker will have a better understanding of the changes of the strategic business membership values. So the decision maker can make a future business plan in advance to meet the changes of the environment. (3)The new fuzzy product portfolio model can reflect the degrees that the products belong to the strategic business, and help the manager set up the best management and operation strategy.
