This study is to investigate on what knowledge and attitude of nursing caregivers and the general public of AIDS. The nursing caregivers and outpatients of two regional hospitals will be used as the subjects by simple sampling for the information analysis. The result indicates that the nursing caregivers have higher points (73 points) than the general public does (54 points) in terms of AIDS knowledge; however, there is no significant difference in terms of the attitude tendency. Those participants in AIDS courses have higher points than non-participants do in respect of both knowledge and attitude.
