　　　　　未來小學之型態將趨向於少班級數，由於受限於員額編製，各班不易聘用科任教 師，身為國小教師者應同時具備語文、數理、社會、自然及藝能科等學科方面之基本知能， 各科之基本能力亦顯著更為重要，因此本研究擬探討有關國小教師基本能力的問題。本研究 之研究訪談對象包括現任國小教師，應屆實習教師及教育實習集中試教之應屆結業生，研究 方式採用問卷調查表，研究內容包括：個人在教學上較感滿意或不足之科目並提出具體說明 ，根據不足之科目請受訪者能寫出應加強之基本能力，最後加以歸納分析，整理出結論與建 議。
　　　　　We know the primary school will have frew number classes, The Teacher of primary school must teach the couse of chinese phoneties, Mathematics, Sociology, Natrual Science, and the education of Arts and Talent. The purpose of the study want to know about the Competencies for the elementary school teachers, We use the tools of survey and talks with the peple which are the teachers of primary school and the teachers of primary school in the future and the students in the Tai-chung Normal Teacher college.
