     本研究旨在探討當歸、鹿加和鹿角龜版膠對小白鼠的高強度耐力時間之影響。4 0 隻健康的雄性小白鼠,週齡 5-6 週和體重 27.2 土 2.95 克為受試對象。 受試對象隨機 區分四組: 控制組、 當歸組、 鹿血組和鹿角龜版膠組, 實驗處理二週後在跑步機以 0.5m/sec 及每隔 30 分鐘漸增 0.1m/ sec 的速度運動至衰竭。結果獲得下列結論: 二控制 組前、後測的高強度耐力時間無顯著差異。二當歸組前、後測的高強度耐力時間無顯著差異 (P=O.09)。二鹿加組前、後測的高強度耐力時間無顯著差異。四鹿角龜版膠組後測的高強度 耐力時間顯著較前測高 (P(O.01)。 本研究結果指出,鹿角龜版膠能顯著提升高強度耐力時 間。另外,當歸對高強度耐力時間的影響雖未達統計上的顯著差異,但亦有增強的效果。因 此,本研究建議將來的研究應探討當歸和鹿角龜版膠混合後對血液生化的影響。
     The purpose of this study was to examine the influences of angelical sinensis diels, cervus inppon temmince blood, and glue of chinemys reevesii plate and cervus inppon temmince horn on high-intensity enduring time of mice. 40 healthy male mice (ICR) at the age of 5-6 week, and weight of 27.2 ± 2.95g were subjects. Subjects were randomly assigned into four groups; control group, angelical sinensis group, cervus nippon temmince blood group, and glue of chinemys reevesis plate and cervus nippon temmince horn group respectively. After two weeks experimental treatment, subjects were asked to examine to high-intensity endurance running with 0.5m/sec, and 30=minute increases 0.1m/sec gradually to exhaust on a treadmill. The results from this study show as follows: 1.The high-intensity enduring time was no significant difference in pre-test and post-test in control group. 2.The high-intensity enduring time was no significant difference in pre-test and post-test in angelical sinensis diels group (p=0.09). 3.The high-intensity enduring time was no significant difference in pre-test and post-test in cervus inppon temmince blood group. 4.The high-intensity enduring time was significant difference in post-test than in pre-test in glue of chinemys reevesii plate and cervus nippon temmince horn group (p<0.01). This result indicates that the glue of chinemys reevesii plate and cervus nippon temmince horn can be significant increased high-intensity enduring time; otherwise, angelical sinensis diels is no significant difference in statistics on high-intensity enduring time, but it have reinforce ment effects. Further, the study suggestted that the influence of complex of angelical sinensis diels, and glue of chinemys reevesii plate and cervus nippon temmince horn on blood biochemical.
