The idea of an interactive network for distance instruction strategies uses the concept of "intranet", that is a close learning environment by using e-mail technology for students and teacher's interaction out of class. Basically, this strategy is not a substitute for formal interactive instructional activities in class, hut offers the opportunities of interaction to students with access to internet computer system outside the classroom.
