     二十一世紀的師資培育,受到後現代思潮以及建構主義知識論的衝擊,將面臨更高難度的挑戰。唯有培育兼備技術、反省、情境理解與再學習等後設認知潛能的實踐智慧型教師,才足以因應強調充滿個別性與高不確定性時代的要求。此種實踐智慧導向的師資培育,除了應先掌握未來的後現代社會特性,配合建構主義知識論的理解外,更應由大學與中小學校建立起合作伙伴關係,尋求理論與實踐有效的整合。研究者透過反省札記、研究取向的教學、開放性的論辯,以及合作學習等教學方法,在師資培育過程,將課程目標、未來教師的能力,進行統整與實踐。實踐智慧導向的師資培育,期能養成高調適潛能,有能力處理多元與高變異性,不斷開展個人實踐理論,最終能主導未來社會演進的有效教師。
