　　　　　本文是針對派出所再造可能性所做的討論。在討論時，本文首先指出，就派出所而言，可以討論的原則有五，包括目的、地玷、人力、勤業務與時間。以此五方向，本文探討了有關問題，並指出這些問題改善的困難。其後，在以個人為分析單位，並借用競爭者分析的觀念，本文以為，論派出所再造，在諸多條件的限制下，最好是改造派出所中之人員，也就是提供其改善行為之誘因。最後，本文強調，論派出所改造必然觸及警察工作之改造。
