題名:國民體能指導班體適能活動時間分配之分析

     本研究主要是以TOFI體適能系統觀察法,分析成人體適能指導班的學員,在不同教 師的指導下,體適能活動的時間百分比分配情形,經分析後得到以下的結果: 一、各班學員的過渡體適能的活動時間差距很小,百分比介於12.66%到15%之間。 二、各班學員的動態體適能的活動時間差距很大,百分比介於44.67%到71%之間。 三、各班學員的靜態體適能的活動時間差距不大,百分比介於4.33%到16.66%之間。 四、各班學員的非體適能的活動時間差距也很大,百分比介於8.66%到35.67%之間。 五、在心血管適能方面,亦有很大的差距,百分比介於11%到42%之間。 六、在健康體適能的認知教育上,分配的時間百分比極低。
     The purpose of this research was to describe how students spend their time in health-related physical fitness classes. The observational instrument of the Time-on-Fitness was used. The results were as follows: 1. The percentage of transitional fitness time was not more different in every class. The percentage was between 12.66% and 15%. 2. The percentage of active fitness time was more different in every class. The percentage was between 44.67% and 71%. 3. The percentage of passive fitness time was not more different in every class. The percentage was between 4.33% and 16.66%. 4. The percentage of nonfitness time was more different in every class. The percentage was between 8.66% and 35.67%. 5. The percentage of cardiovascular fitness time was the most different in every class. The percentage was between 11% and 49%. 6. The percentage of knowledge fitness time was not more different in every class. The percentage was lowest between 0% and 1.33%.
