The purpose of this study was to understand the staff of Jin-Win College health condition furthermore examine to know the effects of Aerobic Dancing. The subjects of this study were 39 years female members. There are 28 people over the age of 30 years old. The average height and weight in this age group was 158 Centimeters and 56 kilograms respectively. These are 11 staff members under the age of 30, their height and weight on the average was 159.6 centimeters and 55.8 Kilograms with an average age of 26. When they were engaged in the dance activities the average heart beat was between 70 and 86. The dance activity was held for over twelve weeks, two times very week, and each time for a duration of 60 minutes of Aerobic Dance. Tests were conducted before and after the training, the results of the tests are as follows. 1.The health-related tests, of these 30 year old participants, were conducted both before and after their training, their sit-up average was 19.3 times per minute and 22.4 times per minute; their front stretch while sitting down was measured 29.4 centimeters and 33.9 centrimeters; endurance index was 51.1 and 53.4; their BMI was 22.27 and 22.05; waist/hip ratio was 0.799 and 0.797. 2.The health-related tests, of these under 30 years of age, were conducted both before and after their training, their sit ups were measure at 25.8 times/min and 29 times/min; front stretch (sitting) was 32.2 centimeters and 35.6 centimeters; 800 meter run was timed at 324.1 seconds and 289.7 seconds (p<.05); stand & jump was 142.6 centimeters and 153.7 centimeters; BMI was 21.5 and 21.35. 3.Among the female staff of Jin-Wen College the level of physical fitness was worse than students aged 23 years, furthermore those over the age of 30 years old, their physical fitness level was worse than those under the age of 30. It is envidence that females after they graduated the health-related physical fitness was weaker year by year. This is definitely a warning sign.
