     近年來許多學者從事利用肌酸作為營養增補劑的研究,以期提高運動表現。研究 結果顯示每日補充 20~30g 的肌酸,對身體並不會有不良的副作用產生;然而就肌酸對於肌 酸增補劑對生理及運動表現方面之研究結果尚未有切確之結論。本文介紹肌酸的來源與代謝 、體內肌酸的生理功能及分佈與補充肌酸的安全性及其對血液濃度的影響。並整理近年來各 學者之研究做一探討與比較。
     Creatine has been a nutritional- ergogenic aid to enhance exercise performance in recent studies. Studies show that there is no side effects for ingesting 20 to 30 grams of creatine per day. However, the evidence is currently not clear whether creatine supplementation affects physical and exercise performance. The purpose of this article is to evaluate recent works on the sources, metabolic pathway, physical function and distribution of creatine as well as the safety and blood concentration of creatine supplementation.
