題名:我國中小企業因應產業環境變動與經營策略的人力資源發展之研究

     本研究之目的乃在探討我國中小企業面對產業環境變動時,其人力資源發展策略 與經營策略的關係。 經由 222 家中小企業的實證研究結果,發現中小企業在面對產品、技 術與市坦的快速變動時,較重視行銷部門與研發部門的訓練;面對國際市場的開拓與競爭時 ,較重視高階主管的經營管理理念與人際關係技巧訓練。此外,由於經營策略重點的不同, 其訓練策略也有所調整。根據本研究之結果,作者特別對政府也提出中小企業的輔導建議。
     In this paper we investigate the changing environment of small & mid-sized companies in Taiwan, and discuss the human resource development strategies of small & mid-sized companies in Taiwan. The results show that the SMEs in Taiwan have adopted different HRD strategies in training for individual functions, every level of employees, training contents, and training method for responding to different kinds of external environment.
