Higher-grade personnel in library and information science means those
who own master or doctor degree in this field. About graduate education system,
to see from the aspects of its history, development, research object and
subject, information techniques and services, we have library science,
information science, together with archives as the second-grade branches all
belonging to the first-grade discipline "documents & infomration management
science" under the category of "managemetn science". In the article,
descriptions are made on graduate education stressing on the different lecture
courses for different learning degrees, dissertation targets and the development
of organizations conferring master and doctor degrees.
