Chinese verbal intelligence test (Level 1) was constructed to measure
three intellectual opertation processes:memory, comprehension, and reasoning
for first and second grade students. The whole test consists five subtests:
classification, delayed memory, number comparison, subsitute comparsion, and
verbal reasoning. The norm was based on samples randomly selected from 26
elementary schools, including 314 first grade students and 595 second grade
students. Reliability and validity tests showed acceptable results.
