　　　　　本文的目的乃希望探討現行之稅制對婚姻懲罰及職業婦女稅負之影響情形。本文 實證結果認為合併申報合併計稅制的確會造成對婚姻之懲罰，且對職業婦女之稅負處理產生 歧視待遇；但合併申報分別計稅制則有減輕婚姻懲罰之程度，但對職業婦女之稅負處理，仍 存有不公平之現象。
