After the R.O.C. Taiwan government decided to release the control of foreign exchange market in 1987, the Southeast Asia becomes the important region for foreign investment. The main purpose of this study is to analyze the choice of entry strategy models in the southeast Asian investment for Taiwanese corporate. This study adopts 450 data in which the companies are operated business in southeast Asia. We attempt to classify the samples into four different models and investigate the relationship of the parameters among the characteristics of business enterprise, the recognition of external environment and organization resource, and satisfaction of operating performance.
